Warranty Claim

Returns Policy
1. Subject to Warranty conditions,if your TY-Man product has ceased working it may be mailed back to TY-Man for repair or replacement within the warranty period perscribed.
2. TY-Man reserves the right not to repair or replace units faulty, including the following reasons:
a) Rough Treatment
b) Water ingress due to failure in securing USB slot closed
c) TY-man products that have been modified or disassembled by the customer
c) Other warranty terms as perscribed in warranty register
3. In your return, the following are required;
a) A clear copy of the purchase and tax receipt
b) Return mailing ddress
c) Email address and telephone number
4. TY-Man will assess the returned unit within 14 days of receipt.
5. TY-Man reserves the right to determine if the unit is convered under the warranty.
6. If a unit is approved for a warranty/return claim, a replacement unit will be mailed to the address provided.
